7 items you will want to buy now!

Summer, although not officially here, it is getting close.  The weather has been amazing in the North East and folks are attending barbecue's, going to outdoor concerts, visiting the beach, skydiving!   (Check out Rhode Island Monthly for their 63 ideas for fun in the sun)

Lots to do and new outfits are a must!  To help, we've pulled together our 7 items you will want to buy now!  We think there is something for everyone.

1. Vintage Tees

These new Tees are a big hit with our customers!  Perfect with your favorite pair of jeans or shorts, day or night.  We will be getting other bands and designs in later this month...so, if you don't see your favorite yet, it might be on it's way!

2. Sleeveless Tops

Lola & Sophie is quickly becoming a favorite!  Easy to wear silhouettes, distressed satin (yes you can wash them), in light, bright colors.

 3. The Summer Dress

We love a summer dress.  Nothing to do but put it on and go.  Our two newest from Indigenous will become your go-to-dress for all occasions.

4. Summer Tote

If you haven't already, it is time to put that black bag away for the summer.  These Brave Totes are a must have for the season.  Enough room for a summer sweater, sunglasses, sunscreen, and all you other essentials.

5. Wave Bracelet

T. Jazelle is our Designer of the Month (10% off the month of June).  Her Spring/Summer collection included this iconic charm.  We think this Wave paired with Blue Lace Agate (known as the stone of tranquility and grace) is the best way to adorn your arm this summer.

 6. White Jeans

A staple for the season.  We have cropped, straight, and fancy (zippers at the ankle - laser cutouts) in stock.  Our newest addition is Parker Smith.  Staying true to our mission, these straight leg jeans are Made in the US, which we love!

 7. The White Sweater

A staple for this time of year.  The Indigenous Knit Lace Sweater is the perfect weight this time of year.  Hurry, we sold the grey in this style quickly.

 - Remember to buy your shoes a half size bigger.  It's hot and our feet seem to swell in the heat (sorry, it's a fact).  Comfort is key in these hot months and shoes that are too small are just no fun.

- Cooler fabrics (organic cotton, bamboo) are great choices during these hot months.  They let you breathe and they don't stain.

- Sunscreen!  Those of you who know me, know I have had my challenges with sun damage.  I wear sunscreen everyday on my face and neck in the winter.  When summer arrives, all other body parts that are exposed also get covered.  There are lots of light sunscreen options out there that won't compete with your fragrance.  Time to add this to your routine.
