Thanksgiving Outfits as Comfy as They Are Chic

Thanksgiving Outfits as Comfy as They Are Chic

The leaves are falling, the air is crisp, and the holiday season has seemed to sneak up on us! We can’t believe that Thanksgiving is already here and our robin b. family is eagerly anticipating the time we’ll be spending with loved ones (as well as the large helpings of pumpkin pie!).

Between all of the food, drinks, and well, more food, there’s no denying that staying comfortable is the key to making the most out of Thanksgiving dinner. Unfortunately, it’s a bit of a faux pas to show up to your hostess’s home in sweatpants. Lucky for us, with a few key pieces, you can be both comfy and chic this holiday season.

Comfy Thanksgiving Outfits

A Vibrant Poncho

When dressing for holiday dinners and indulgent get-togethers, look for flowy clothing in vibrant patterns or colors. The loose silhouette won’t feel restricting but you’ll still look picture perfect for that group photo that’s sure to end up on Instagram. We love that this Indigenous Painted Poncho can be dressed up for an evening out but still looks fashion forward with leggings and knee-high boots. Made from organic cotton and Tencel, this eco-friendly number will keep you warm when your holiday party runs well into the night.

Comfortable Thanksgiving Outfits

On-Trend Layers

Layers are not only incredibly comfortable, but they’re always on-trend. We love layering a long, chunky knit over a flattering tee. Choose a neutral color palette and accessorize with a long necklace to compliment the length of your cardigan.

Comfortable Thanksgiving Outfits

A Move-With-You Dress

You will never go wrong with a little black dress but, when you’re tucking into a holiday dinner, choose to wear one in a move-with-you fabric. One made from a breathable jersey that's cut with a classic silhouette will take you from that Thanksgiving dinner through to work the next week. Best of all, pieces made with this low-maintenance fabric, like our Long Sleeve Cocktail Dress, can be thrown in the wash should it mysteriously come into contact with cranberry sauce!

Comfy Thanksgiving Outfits

Dark Denim with Some Stretch

If you’re a jean girl like Robin, you can still rock them at the holiday table! Upgrade your worn-in style for a black wash with a bit of stretch. The darker denim will instantly dress-up the outfit and the stretch in your jeans will save you from having to undo that button after a second helping of apple pie. Style your jeans with a flowy sweater that’s soft and has some extra wiggle room and you’ll be confident and cozy.

Now, let’s see that turkey-eating game face!
