Local Boutique, robin b., Announces Relocation to Benny’s Plaza in East Greenwich

Women’s clothing boutique, robin b., moves from Main Street to the Benny’s Plaza in East Greenwich, a convenient and flourishing location. With the move comes: new brand additions, collaborative events and the launch of the exclusive robin b. collection.

East Greenwich—June 16, 2017 Come August 1, 2017, robin b. boutique will call the Benny’s plaza at 5600 Post Road, East Greenwich its new home. For almost two years, robin b. has been offering unique designs from a variety of brands, many of those made in the USA. To better serve the women of Rhode Island, robin b. has decided to make a move about a mile down the road from its current location.

Robin b. will be narrowing its focus, tailoring its assortment to items the modern women loves and needs. The new store will offer apparel that can easily be transitioned from day-to-night and work-to-weekend at an attainable price, without sacrificing quality. Realizing that essential items are hard to find, owner, Robin Barrett Wilson set off to make them on her own. In addition to brands like Parker Smith Denim, Lola and Sophie, Three Dot and Matt and Nat, robin b. will feature Robin’s exclusive collection that is proudly made in the USA. Her collection includes essential pieces that are necessary in any woman’s wardrobe, the classic tee, a pencil skirt, a black blazer, a skinny trouser and much more.

“After two years in East Greenwich, we feel like we have gotten a really good grasp on what our customers are looking for, luxury designs that are affordable and can last from season-to-season, so that is exactly what we will be bringing them at our new location, along with monthly events that can bring together women in the community, while exposing them to new merchandise and up-and-coming brands,” said Robin Barrett Wilson, owner of robin b.

As malls and large retailers take over, robin b. boutique is determined to keep small business alive. To achieve this goal, robin b. will hold in-store events in collaboration with local businesses like Armbrust International Ltd and organizations like the National Association of Professional Women. The events are intended to bring women in the community together to support local businesses and to make shopping an experience once again.
